please pray for me as i continue to search for a career. i would also like to you to pray for my brother. he recently found out that over the past 3 years he has suffered several strokes. he lives very far away from the rest of his family. the strokes were not treated because he suffers from sickle cell and at the time he thought that the pain was associated to those attacks that he has suffered since he was young. he is only 43, but he has lost some of his memory and has lost a lot of mobility on his left side. i do not know what can be done, but please kindly pray for him to be healed. ~P

Today is my 26th wedding anniversary and my husband is away from me and my three children, living with the child that he fathered out of wedlock with his secretary twelve years ago. I found out about the adultery five years ago. Even though I have forgiven him, he refused to give up the other woman or the child.

I am struggling staying afloat during my junior year in college. I am taking a full load of courses, an internship at St. Jude Children’s Hospital where I am constantly faced with death of children, and attempting to get into medical school. Lord God, You knew that I submitted my application for employment to VNA-IC last night. Please allow the recruiters to see that if hired, I will be an asset of the VNA-IC. Allow them to see my age not as a hindrance to fulfill and perform the duties of a RN and let them see that my life experiences will actually make my patients more receptive to the care they needed.
