Ephesians 4:29
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,
but only what is helpful for building others up
according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

I am currently participating in Discipleship Training at my church and we discussed the meaning of having Christ as the center of your life. If He is in the forefront of every aspect of your walk, you are more aware of how engaging in unwholesome conversation how this represents the Christ that is suppose to be in you.
