Please pray for my brother

My brother David Oser is sick.He has been sick for some time now and will go in for tests July 11. The Doctor suspects Multiple Sclarosis or even Cancer.He is an active Christian and needs all the prayers that he can get. Why does God let bad things happen to good people?
