Hi everyone again,

Let me start as always by thanking everyone who has been holding us up in prayer as we have been trying to sell our two investment properties and house to get out of debt and clean up the financial mess I got my self into.

God has been absolutely fantastic and I praise Him for the deeper relationship I have with Him and the deeper knowledge I have of Jesus.
I praise Him also for the deeper and closer relationship I have with my wife and kids as well through this, and for bringing buyers along for all our properties.

Our Docklands unit settled yesterday (Friday the 18th) YAY! so that is one down Praise the Lord.
Our student accommodation in Lonsdale street settles in March. It was scheduled for Monday March the 14th which we realised is Labour day, so I don’t know whether it will settle before that or just after. If you could remember to cover the settlement of that property with prayer so the path will be straight and any bumps will be quickly ironed out for a smooth settlement, would be really appreciated.

Our house sold and will settle in May. We will actually be renting our own house back to ourselves for at least 12 months after settlement so we don’t have to rush around looking for a place which is great. And it really will give us time to playfully work out what our next step will be.
