I have COPD, asthma, and on the verge of having congestive heart failure. I am 57 years old and have put on some weight over a 100 pounds, so please pray for me to lose this weight. I am working on it myself as I type. Thank you and God bless. ~Carolyn

Hi, Next month, my job will end, and I have not found another one. I struggle with anxiety about it because our finances are already strained. My marriage is also strained, though my husband and I love each other. I am also worried about my children, who will begin a very challenging school year in less than a month. Last school year my child with ADHD was a freshman and struggled a lot to meet the demands of school and sports; my other child also struggled in school mostly because of a demanding athletic schedule. My children need sports to regulate them, but the demands are huge! Please pray that I can learn to trust God to provide the job and resources that we all need, even when I can’t see it, and to deliver me from anxiety that all these situations bring. ~Stevie

I am a newly registered student to Columbia College Chicago. I have no money and the Government will hardly give me anything for school. I ask that you guys pray for me to help me get a job that I have been desperately trying to find so I can manage to pay for school. ~Jeremiah

My husband Rene was severely injured on June 15, 2009,his vehicle was struck on the driver side by a drunk driver. He sustain traumatic brain injury, collapse lungs, several fractures onlong his verterbrae, and both legs broken. Rene has come a long way, he can breath on his own, no longer need a feeding tube, he is learning to walk and his speech is unclear he is learning how to coordinate breathing and talking at the same time. I firmly believe my husband will fully recover please pray for him, and our children (Kimberly 7, Kenneth 6, Kendra age 2). ~Alexandra

Please pray for my husband, Kevin, who has health issues that no one seems to be able to diagnose. He has been to Mayo, John’s Hopkins and about 25 physicians and has tried chiropractors and accupunture. All to no avail. “We see it happening,” the doctors say, “but there’s no reason for it and we don’t know what’s causing it.” This has been going on for about 7 years and continues to get worse. Please pray that God will help us, and the doctors, find the answers. Thank you. ~Mary

I am going through a totally hard time right now. I just had open knee surgery on the front and back of my knee only 3 days ago. I am a teacher and have to return to work on August 12th. I am worried about not being healed enough or having enough mental clarity due to all the medications to do a good job. On top of it all I just found out the my Fiance has been stealing my perscription medications and taking them for his own personal pleasure. This was heartbreaking and devestating becuase I had to ask him to leave while i recovered i am uncomfortable with him in my home and around my stuff, secondly he took so much of my pain meds that i may run out and am pretty sure the doctor is not gonna refill my perscription becuase it is way to soon to have run out of the meds. I am hurting in body and soul and need Jesus to heal me. Thanks for all your prayers. ~Virginia

My dad, who will be 90yrs old next month has been in the hospital for 9 days now. His blood pressure readings are either too high or too low mainly too high. Please pray for him and his family. I am also going to a house closing on 8/12 and is hoping that everything will go

Good Morning Please pray for mY Neice Amber she just lost her daughter Ryleigh yesterday Reliegh weight 1lb 10oz at birth God has blessed us with 2 and a half weeks to love Ryleigh her mom is really going through it right now as you can understand. Please help me lift her up in prayer to get through this devestating time for her.No mother should have to under go the lost of a child. yet this was Gods will and he is still mighty and awesome. I would like disernment to learn what is from God and what is not. I am on a confusing spiritual path, but I only want to recieve what is truly from God, and what God wants for my life and for my children. The bond with my 4 beautiful young children has been distant the past few years due to various things that have happened with my own family history, but I want to overcome my fear of close emotional bonds, and give them all the gift of a loving and devoted mother that they long for and truly deserve.
