Prayer Requests – July 26, 2010

Please pray for our dog who has stopped eating and began throwing up. Most likely he has swallowed something (again) and needs surgery. We cannot afford to get this done. Please pray he will fully recover on his own. Thank you. ~Christina

Blessings to all of you, may the Lord bless you and heal you and direct your path! May the Lord touch my dear mothers body and mind and entirely heal her. May he heal my husband and free him from drugs and alcohol and may he get his drivers licence back soon. May he bless my children they recently opened a pharmacy store that they’ll be successful in everyway and a blessing to all customers. May the Lord heal me and free me from all fear and bless me with wisdom and strength. Amen, in Jesus Name we pray. ~GF

my boss had put in for salary adjustment last year to take effect in Jan 2010- it did not come about because of revenue issues of the organisation. Last month he put in for promotion for me me to take effect July 2010- still no news-I would like a prayer for this to come through and my finances and salaries exceeds the initial request for adjustment. Pray there are no hitches and that there is good news in the coming week. Thank you ~Kim

I’m asking for prayers to help me and my fiancee find peace with each other. He has an addiction to alochol and my addition is the internet website. We have grown apart and we have allowed other things to come between us. Our focus when we meet was to love one another and keep each other safe. We have both lost our way and need to find our way back to the LORD.

I am asking God to show me favor in my finances. I am currently unemployed, and starting my third semester in August. I am fearful that I will not have enough money to pay my fees or buy my books necessary. My tuition is paid, and if I get accepted into the program, I will need lots of financial help to succeed. I have always looked to the lord and being layed off was a blessing because I took care of my dying father til the end. Had I not been, I would not have had that wonderful 2 years with him. I pray for the Lord to watch over my son and allow him and his wife to bear children when the time is right. Everyone has told her she can never have a child. They want one desparately. Am praying for myself… to grant me peace from within, to accept all the things that are not for me and courage to accept the things that are for me. Praying to finally give up on the things that giving me shame and burden and most of all praying that I may overcome all the struggles that everyday life is giving me.. Praying to give me enough strength to go back to my own country and that new opportunity will come my way there in able for me to live a peaceful and contented life with my kids and family. Please pray for my friend’s 8-year-old son Jared who has been diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia. He’s been given a 10% chance of survival. Let’s pray for a miracle, and that he and his mum can get to know their saviour in the middle of this difficult time. ~Ainslie

please pray for a lady in New Zealand with an advanced cancer case and she is now living on pain reliefer, please pray for her husband and 3 children. i dont know her name and she doesn’t know i am praying for her but i have seen her once and she is a mouslem lady but after all she is a human being. ~Dalia

Some of you may remember mw asking prayer for my daughter and her husband and family, as they had just received notice from the bank tht their note would not be re-negotiated, and that they had a very short time to vacate the home. they have been packing and looking, but many landlords will not rent to someone who is in financial difficulties. They are to go tonight to look at a house in the right school district, a lot smaller than their home, but much more affordable, and the owner is more than willing to work with them. Please pray that if this is NOT the place God wants them to be, that they will not take it just out of desperation. Ask for His CLEAR guidance tonight!!! Thank you for your continued prayers!!! Please pray for people who have to work out in the heat. It is very hot where we live and my 21 year old daughter works out in the heat. If it is the Lords will, a cooling spell would be great or even rain, but whatever he chooses the people who have to endure the elements need prayer for their health and safety. ~LG

please pray for my family. i am the only one employed and am having the worst time making ends meet. Please pray for my mother. She is extremely sick and is always hospitalized. She has a bad liver that keeps trying to fail on her. They are hoping the tissue will regenerate all the damage and heal itself but so far it is only getting worse. She can no longer work and needs me to quit my job and move in to take care of her but as of now I can’t. It is 3000 dollars to break my lease. Please pray for our financial situation as well so I may move in with her and take care of her. Please pray we find a place that we can also move into. Your prayers and all very much appreciated it. Please continue to pray for my son who was diagnosed with autism. We are working with him on potty training and it is really taking a lot of patience for us to deal with this. She is due to graduate college in a year, but she has some financing issues where graduation may be not possible at this time. I want God to restore my relationship.my boy friend wanted us to introduce then his father refused him that he can not marry someone who is not working but i thank God that after a few months am now working.But there is no communication between us two. He is trying to avoid me by keeping quiet. He says his dad has totally refused. its my prayer request that changes my boyfriends dads mind. Two weeks ago, I hurt my back really badly, while lifting weights! I’ve been involved in athletics my whole life and have since been a personal trainer for the past 7 years! I feel incredibly blessed to do what I do, and I thank God everyday for it! However, the pain from the accident will not go away! Actually, I think I worsened it yesterday! I have been doing all the necessary rehab work that I know, but without health insurance, I don’t have the help of any professionals! Im asking for prayer,for healing for my back! My health and well-being effects my work and those around me! I’m prayin for quick healing and that this is not something I deal with the rest of my life! I’m an trusting in the Lord for healing!! I grew up in church and know the word, please pray for me to follow it more and rid my life of anything that is not Godly. I have a huge desire to do what is good and I want to become a missionairy and I know I must 1st get my family right with God before I can start. My biggest struggle is my mouth and saying things that are unwholesome. Please also pray for my husband, he is surrounded by so many bad influences at work and struggling with peer pressure issues.
